Ive been dealing with Dominos for years, this is the worst one I've ever been in. Ordered online and was given 20 minutes window to pick up. Get there and 30 mints later my order is still being prepped. I fuss a little bit and boy making pizzas immediately wants to go outside to fight. Situation de-escalates and we get out order almost 30 minutes later than originally told it would be ready and when we get it home it's not right. I ask for when the store manager is going to be in and get the wall of " I don't know" from the staff. Horrible experience, eat somewhere else better.

On 10/11 I placed an order for four pizzas from Domino’s in Appomattox, VA. Upon receiving the order, all four pizzas were completely burnt and not edible. I immediately called the store to report the issue and spoke with the manager.
The manager refused to issue a refund, stating that I would need to bring all of the pizzas back to the store. I explained that we live approximately 35 minutes away, and returning the pizzas would waste additional time and gas money for a problem that was caused by the store’s poor food quality. Despite this, the manager still refused to help, stated that the owner was out of town, and hung up the phone on me during the conversation.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The food was not fit for consumption and the store failed to handle the situation professionally or appropriately. Filed complaint with BBB.

Friend who has cancer was donated gift certificates for Dominos, called ahead to order food using gift certificates. Read the certificate over the phone to confirm it could be used there, was told it could be. Got there and the manager refused to honor them. I won’t spend another dollar at this location.

Our pizza was so bad tasting and burned that we couldn't even eat it, plus we ordered New York crust and received hand tossed with just no garlic sauce added. It definitely was not foldable or soft. The parmesan bread bites were received were very overcooked with some strange huge flakes all over the bottoms of them that tasted like very greasy burned scraps from an old unwashed oven pan. The parmesan bites were hard as rocks and very dark brown. To top it off, you have to pay extra for dipping sauce now that's supposed to automatically come with the bites. Was not told that until I asked for my usual ranch dipping sauce. Dominos really let us down this time! In the future we will rethink our choice of our go to pizza restaurant. Very very disappointed.
