  The sign on the doors and behind the counter, "We do not issue refunds" at this location as well confirms that this is a company-wide policy. That we had to go back to the counter to get our order fixed will eventually show this is a losing policy; losing customers, and losing income from replacing some or all of an order. Several tables were strewn with food debris on them. The restrooms, please clean them. Why are water bottles jammed up under the sink? This place wasn't so busy that an employee couldn't have cleaned up around the restaurant. Food was good, as good as Taco Bell can be, aside from the mistake made in preparing our order.

  Why are you charging for substitutions of potatoes instead of steak by ringing it up as no beans, add potatoes and then writing no meat?

  Decided to try KFC since it's been awhile and it was on the way from my destination. This is absolutely the last time I eat KFC; at least at this location. The price for an 8 piece meal was almost $50 and the pieces were the smallest, most emaciated chickens I have ever seen. There was literally no meat of the 3 pieces of "wings" in our box. The other pieces was dry and overheated. I am sticking to Popeye's if I feel like have some fast food friend chicken. I will definitely not buy anything from this location. See all the other 1-2 star reviews. Stay away.
