I have been going to this location since it opened and quality has been good. Lately they got my order wrong and every time the chicken has barely any sauce or they give me old cold wings. Every time this happened I brought it to their attention but their response is to give a free coupon for 5 wings free. Those coupons don't work when I tried to redeem it. I walked into the location today and spoke with the manager on duty and explained the whole situation. She acted surprised and concerned. When it came time to make things right, her response was "there was nothing I can do". I'm very disappointed on the how the new staff and how the manager handled my complaint.
