  This McDonalds is disgusting and I am calling ecosure and the health department on you all. The food is always stale and gross and I had a fly in my drink. How do you end up pouring a drink with ice and a fly ends up in it then you cover it with a lid without seeing that? You all don't clean AT ALL. That is disgusting, unsanitary and unhealthy. You should be shut down. There will be an impromptu investigation from the health department because I am filing a complaint today. You management need to get it together. This ain't a 3rd world country. Show some class, standards and care for your customers. This is filthy and unacceptable!!!!!!!

  Came here and nobody would take our order, pulled up to the second window and people were in there and they said they weren’t open. Yet online says they’re open 24 hours. If you want late night food don’t come to this McDonald’s! Simply just lazy employees.

  Filth everywhere you look! Staff refuses to speak American English, and a manager was needed to ring up a simple BoGO offer. Manager refused to not only speak English but although a “manager” she never greeted me nor spoke to me although I stood right in front of her. Food is usually lukewarm at this franchise.

  I come to this McDonald's because its the closest one in the area. I'm just repeating the same comments as everyone else, but I'm surprised after all this time nothing has been done to change things around. The most interesting and almost comedic experience I've had every single time is their soda machines. I don't know how its physically possible but I'm pretty sure their ice is broken. Not the machine. The actual ice. Their ice doesn't function as normal ice should lmao. I have to fill up 3/4 of the cup to start sensing the coldness. I swear, it only makes the drink cold exactly where the ice is and nowhere else. Not like other restaurants ice, its actually fascinating. And the machines themselves. One never has ice in it, ever. Not one single time that I've come here. And the soda hardly has any of that soda flavoring or syrup. When I went to try the Hi-C, it shot out as if someone was holding their thumb over a hose lmaooo. The upkeep is horrendous, but if anything entertaining. On another note, I haven't had bad food from here, just bad service.

  This place is so horrible the employees are useless they better training or to replace all the stuff They don't care and they don't listen I ordered for my chicken well done with extra lettuce I asked the guy several times on the microphone and then on the window when I paid I asked him the same thing and I told him to make sure it is well done with extra lettuce When I get to the drive-thru pick up window I knew something was wrong because they handed me the food right away usually when I asked for a well-done McChicken which I always do it will take time so they asked me to park so I knew right away something was wrong so I checked the food there and They were helping me this my chickens from God knows how long They were cool and soft So I told him that they got my order wrong the manager told me to park and she got me the well done my chickens but they still have no extra lettuce Terrible the staff are so terrible and
