They have an extreme disregard for service. It is just one person. All starts with the management(which is the ownerships fault) and trickles down to all the employees. They blatantly ignore you and just don’t care about simple tasks that any other business would easily accommodate to their patrons. Do yourself a favor. Just go somewhere else.
