He knocked on the manager's office door three times asking the manager to help. The female manager finally came out with food in her mouth chewing (all the way till she finished my transaction), wearing long coat covering the work uniform and didn't have a clue how to do things neither and was inpatient making it looked like it was the customer's fault to give her such difficulty. Can we have a welcoming place with professional employees to shop?

There were only two customers in front of me, yet the cashier named Mely took almost 30 minutes to check them out. Meanwhile, several other customers were waiting in line, but she was still moving at a very slow and relaxed pace, as if she didn’t care at all. Just standing there watching her work made me feel exhausted. At one point, I honestly felt like asking her to step aside so I could do it faster myself. Very poor service — I hope Giant reviews this employee’s attitude and efficiency.
