The food we received was what he keyed in but not what we ordered (once we ordered a little hamburger, but the order taker keyed in the regular hamburger. Another time we ordeed mustard only but mustard and ketchup was keyed in). The staff do not read back the order otherwise we would have caught the mistake. Also, soda machines were out of caffeine free. All tables needed to be cleaned. Seriously rethinking my loyalty to Five Guys...there are other places to get a good burger.
