  Doesn't care if you get what you're supposed to get or about the customer at all. Avoid this store and just keep moving north to the apple market subway where they actually work.

  ***** please allow me to provide an edit. 11/02/2025 ZERO STARS 0☆ THIS SUBWAY HAS GONE TO SHIT. DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE PENNY HERE. The manager themselves told me they don't care about providing exceptional customer service. The food is crap and the service is pathetic. They have officially stolen my money and refuse to return it to me. I have had more issues with them over this past week than I have had with them in the last 5 YEARS. I have spoken to other people so highly of this place to friends but I take it all back. This place is just as bad as the Madison Heights location now. Go to Apple Market Subway not this 1 or Madison Heights. So done with this Subway. Every single time I order it has been unacceptable. I ordered double meat for extra $3 and ask for more lettuce and black olives. I PAY EXTRA FOR THIS AND NEVER GET IT. I didn't even get cheese!! The most skimp I have ever seen in my life for a DOUBLE PROTEIN. They really be out here robbing people.

  Every time I go to this store, I’m always greeted with a warm hello, the workers are always very attentive when preparing my sandwich and always friendly throughout my visit!!! I cannot recommend this store enough, absolutely wonderful food and service!!!
