  25+ minutes in the drive-thru, including 15 minutes just to place an order—and then a serious food safety issue on top of it. The car in front of me was given the wrong order and returned it. Instead of discarding it and remaking the food, staff attempted to hand that same food to me. That is a direct violation of basic food safety standards (ServSafe). Once food leaves the window, it is considered contaminated and cannot be re-served. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a major compliance failure and a safety risk to customers. There are clear issues with training, management, and overall operations at this location. I expect better adherence to basic food safety protocols anywhere serving the public.

  They only got a str because I had to give it to them. I will say they are consistent at being bad. They have to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. No one in the drive through except the person at the window, no one in the store and we sit in the drive through waiting almost 10 minutes and end up leaving because they don't have enough people working to be able to take our order.

  Came here on 3/30/26 at about 8:49am ordered a bacon and egg on a regular bun, meal and a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin meal with cokes.. not only did we receive 2 large cokes that we didn't ask for we had to wait for our food. Once receive after I went into the restaurant itself to get it the manager handled my complaint. However when I got my food it wasn't done the buns were not toasted the bacon was raw and it was just an all around terrible experience. The drive through lady rushed us through the order. And they weren't even that busy. If I gotta pay 16.00 for breakfast when its normally 13.00 I expect it to be done correctly. Not half way cooked. Very disappointed with the service and food this time around 😒

  This restaurant is HORRIBLE! I ate there twice. Once on 3/29 @ about 11:10pm. I ordered a fish sandwich fresh to order, snack wrap and fries, sandwich was definitely not fresh to order, fries was cold and the snack wrap had barely to no sauce. Dry. No big deal. I took that as a loss for me. Stopped by the next morning ordering a steak, egg & cheese bagel. Again, very dry and no sauce.Take this one back. A new one is made this time little to no sauce and bacon is added. 😂 i guess the manager (from what I've read and described, yup that’s her) says to me she’s new. At that point I asked for my money back instead and explained to her stop blaming it on workers bc at this point based upon what I experienced seems like lack of training, but desperate for workers. I’ll go elsewhere. Never again with that location.
