I came with a large group that included 11 children and I think it was the manager (very nice lady) came to check on us multiple times. She was very gracious and even got us a few freebies to help with the kids! We Will be coming back!! I Haven’t had such great service like this in years!

I waited in drive thru for about 7 minutes before anyone came on the speaker, They left my hashbrown out my order and I had to drive back. Then when I got to work, I opened my sandwich and it was not a McMuffin it was a Biscuit with just egg and cheese no meat. I tried to call the location and no one answered the phone. I hate to put in a coporate complaint because I work Customer Service but this is not the first time this has happened. The service is awful.
