You have on the drive through windows that you all are open until 12am on Christmas but when I went through the drive through, I was told you all are closed. There were multiple people sitting in the parking lot and even some people inside of the store, So I don’t understand why the lady doing the drive through told me you all were closed.

Fire everyone there especially the manager. Sat for 30 minutes waiting on someone to show up at the cash register thats only there for looks so it seems. Just to be told they dont accept cash.. unfortunately McDonald's thinks they are losing business due to cost but they are loosing business because customer service is absolutely zero there.. fire every damn one there and hire people who actually want to work

Just leave for the next Burger King over. For the atmosphere, it's comfortable seating casual enough for kids, but it's one of those McDonald's that has converted to serve sad millennials that yearn for nostalgic tastes of beef tallow fried French fries and coffee so hot it's worth suing the franchise and winning. The service here was terrible. The kiosks were out of order, not taking orders or payments, but there was no one taking orders at the counter. The drive through is definitely the priority at this place, no need to stop inside. Our group paid for drinks included in a meal that we did not receive cups for and needed to request a spoon that did not come with ice cream. The "coffee" I received was no longer iced upon arrival. It was served at room temperature without any remaining ice in an iced coffee. This is a food safety issue. One in my group attempted to ask for drink cups, showing the receipt and was not able to get a worker's attention. The table tents that one is instructioned to take and record a number for are not available at the kiosks. It was a surprisingly long wait for a very straight forward order of a value meal, happy meal, and double quarter pounder.

Get ready for the slowest fast food experience. Be prepared to stand in front of the cash register asking if they want your money because the staff acts like the customers aren't even existent. And when you ask for the rest of your food they give you a blank stare.

was just in the drive thru of this location, i got an apple pie and a meal for my boss. i’m at the window and was waiting for the drink when the (assuming) manager told the guy at the window to get my bag back for a minute, i’m confused thinking maybe they forgot to put something in there but no, instead she took my bag back to replace my apple pie with a strawberry pie just so she could give it to the person behind me who was already told they had just sold their last apple pie and it would take some time to make new ones.
