- SDShaun DavisFeb 11, 20265.0I was quite pleased with the customer service, etc. The staff that took my order and fulfilled it was named Taylor. Very polite, respectful and customer satisfaction oriented person. I can be kind of demanding at times when I go out to eat, etc and especially this person but everyone in general was quite tolerant, patient, etc. even going so far as to ask what they did wrong with my order when I said that it's a little off, Even though I told them it was fine and they'd still get a tip. Here I am making a review because of how impressed I was with the service. Note I normally don't bother with this stuff.. Now paying almost $4 for a coffee is a bit absurd to me but hey, you're paying for a brand and people's paychecks, etc. And everything is just so expensive anymore.. the struggle is real for everyone anymore, not just the impoverished. Caffeine is a way I self medicate my mental troubles and I was having such a distressful day that I just needed something to help me get through my shopping. Maybe they picked up on that? I'm not exactly a discreet person/I "wear my heart on my sleeve". So yes, especially if I can afford it, I would go there again. Best wishes in the new year!

(I came 20 minutes before closing and they had a great attitude and my drink was delicious! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever recieved!!😋🥰
