  Customer service here is consistently excellent—I was able to place my order quickly and without any hassle. The food and drinks are always fresh and delicious, making this my go-to Tropical Smoothie spot in Alexandria, VA.

  I ordered a smoothie that has coffee and cappuccino and I said it should be without sugar. When I delivered it to me, it was as if I was just eating sugar. It had more sugar than usual. The cashier's attitude was also very bad and my money was not returned to me. This was the second time I came here and it was a surprise and I will not come again. I am sorry for the management here.
