  I have used this location a couple times. I found the food and service to be about average, but most workers are friendly. But both the floor and tables are dirty and appeared to be rarely cleaned. Also, the small items like roll-ups, are often cold.

  Each time i visit, it takes more than 10 minutes. I recently visited and spent approximately 10 to 15 minutes to receive my small order. I am unsure of the process they use.

  The food is always good and the seating area is nice and the staff is totally friendly. The rain for the 2 starts is I did a delivery about 2 months ago for a large party in which I ordered $120 worth. Only $42 worth of food was delivered. The driver claimed that it all he was given. I contacted Taco Bell and I was told they'd look into it and get back with me. I followed up 3 times with Tylenol and twice with corporate. To this date, it had not been resolved. We still get Taco Bell, but we don't do delivery anymore with this particular location (S. Van Dorn)

  This place management is horrible. Employees look like they don’t want to be here. Wait times is over 20 mins. It’s ridiculous

  This place is a joke. I’ve been stuck in a takeout line for over 40 minutes. No reason was given for the slowdown. I don’t even want my food anymore I just want to go home
