  Very bad customer service last night I went to order and two ladies I think sister came out after several time rang the bells and talk like yelling very sadly I did not order recommended owner should see into it very bad behaviour

  I give ZERO stars. Ordered delivery. Never received my food after 1 1/2 hours of waiting. Called store. Person I spoke with (woman working on Sun. Nov 2nd at 5 - 6:30 pm) was very rude. Told me that Door Dash was delivering and that it was my fault because my name had too many letters or characters or some dumb shit like that. Tried to call back to get refunded and they wouldn't answer the phone. NEVER ordering from here again!!!!!

  Ordered because with their deal it was the most reasonable price for a large pizza. $27 plus tip later, we got an underdone pizza we had to recook in the toaster to make it palatable. They refunded the cost, which is why I put the customer service at 4. We haven't ordered from them in MONTHS and don't plan on ordering from them again.

  It's one thing to keep me waiting 5 mins curbside but if I'm going to come in and pick up my order and u want to give me attitude by telling me that my incorrect order is the best u can do I'm going to be upset. Do better. I used to work for pizza hut when I was a kid too and our service was 10000 times better. Terrible.
