I placed a delivery order at 8:13 PM and paid extra for a pan pizza, but received a hand tossed pizza instead.
By the time I noticed, my kids had already started eating, so I tried to call the store immediately to fix the issue and that’s where things became even more frustrating.
I waited about 2 minutes to reach the call center, only to be told they couldn’t help and that I needed to speak directly with the store. I was transferred, no one answered, and the call routed back to the call center where I had to repeat everything again. I was then transferred again and sat on hold for 30 minutes with no one ever picking up at the store.
At that point, the store was closing and I still had no resolution.
What’s most frustrating is that the process almost feels designed to discourage you from even trying to fix the problem like you’re supposed to just give up. But I’m not going to just forget it.
I paid extra for something I did not receive, and there was no way to get help. That’s unacceptable. At minimum, someone should be available to answer the phone and resolve order issues.
I would like this corrected.

Placed an order through the mobile app, for two pizzas one pan and one stuffed crust. When my father arrived to pick up the pizza he is told that the stuffed pizza could not be made. They could make it with another crust (which costs less) or we could cancel the order. I understand not having the ingredients to make something, what I don't understand is not calling the customer on the provided contact number to ask. (Otherwise waiting till we arrive defeats the purpose of ordering ahead) I also find it to be disappointing that no compensation is offered for the bait and switch that I was allowed to pay for something unavailable, and the inconvenience of not being notified. I called the "store number" to remedy the issue and was connected to a call center employee, the call center employee offered to transfer me to the store which never answered (spent almost 11mins) this experience will just means that our future business will go to another chain.

Every time I make an order on the app it’s never in time. It’s the 3rd time I’ve gone into the store to pick it up and they haven’t even started on my order. I will say the pizza is fresh and cooked well but the service is absolutely horrible. I come to the store expecting to pick up and go but I always end up staying an extra 15 mins. Its not professional at all and comes off as lazy/unaware of online orders

First time at pizza hut for my wife and me. It's good nothing wahoo but very correct, just not my style of pizza.
