  I ordered pizza through the website, trying not to go through a third party. They still utilized doordash to deliver it. That would be fine except I never received my order, even though I was told in a message that the driver had successfully handed off the order to me. I looked all around for the driver and couldn't find him. Driver never responded to my texts or calls about my order. Then the process of trying to get them to make it right was exhausting! I had to give an order number, my zip code, name, phone #, email, date and exact time i placed the order. Shouldn't all that info pull up under an order #? I even had to check my bank account, per their request to see if the charge had gone through, before they would do anything. It was pending, so they said it will be reversed, abd they gave me a number to reference in 3-5 business days if there was an issue with that. What a mess. I'm very dissatisfied. I definitely would not order for delivery from them ever again.

  I ordered a personal pan pizza online. When I picked up my order, the pizza quality was not the best. I showed the manager the pizza and asked her "Would you pay money for this?" She was honest, and said "no" and offered to remake it. The second version was great! I want to shout out the manager and say to her "That's what true leadership and customer care is all about!" Thumbs Up to her...I wish I knew her name. She guaranteed that this customer will be back!

  Ordered from this Pizza Hut last night and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. My order was confirmed at 8:51 PM and didn’t arrive until 10:20 PM. By the time it got to me, the food was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while. I also tried the tavern pizza, which was underwhelming. It was essentially a thin and crispy pizza with barely any sauce, and didn’t match the expectations set by the menu. What made things more frustrating was that the delivery was handled through DoorDash without any clear communication. I live about 9 minutes away and would have gladly picked it up myself if I had known. Between the long wait, cold food, and lack of transparency, this wasn’t a great experience and not one I’d repeat.

  Aggressively bad pizza. Very little crust, no sauce, not much cheese, and the whole thing had been sitting in the warmer until it was stale and gross. A crime against pizza. But the parking lot offers a contact high if that’s what you’re into.
