  ordered food here, and they took so long to prepare my meal that 3 drivers had canceled my order, saying there was issues with the establishment not preparing my food. I have no idea what issues this place was having that they couldn't even make a simple box of chicken parmesan bites?? I ended up never getting my order and im beyond dissapointed. will not be trusting this specific place for reliable service (each photos from separate drivers within that hour)

  Extremely unprofessional experience as a delivery driver. I arrived at this Kingstowne Center location at 10:45 PM for two orders (Uber Eats) with a 10:58 PM pickup time. An employee told me both were 'canceled' even though they were active on my apps. My husband and I then witnessed that same employee hand my assigned orders to a walk-in customer whose food wasn't ready. When I called to address it, the staff denied it. I have screenshots showing I was at the location on time and was forced to cancel because the food was given away. This store is bypassing the delivery system, causing drivers to lose income and leaving customers without their food. Avoid this location for delivery pickups.

  I really enjoy Papa John's! For the sauce and the portion size! Having said that, the tracking system SUCKS. It doesn't work at all, completely worthless. Once it switches to On the Way, you can turn it off cause it's complete crap. Every pizza I've gotten is delicious!!! Please know that. I wanted to try something new so.... Today I tired the Pan Parmesan Crust and I can say in one word, YUCK!! An entire pizza completely disgusting. The seasoning junk on top isn't on any other pizza and the crust is so overpowering you can't taste the sauce or toppings. Pizza in the trash.

  1.)The service was okay. 2.)The store was really clean 3.) we are a smoke free family, so we were overtaking by the cigar smoke of the The Virginia tobacco Co. right next door. The Cigar lounge smoke fills the whole Papa John’s.

  I would leave a star for food, but they can’t take an order without interrupting you. Not only that but they can’t tell the difference between road and street. They obviously don’t speak any English, no surprise there.
