- ZTZarrin ThompsonMar 27, 20261.0I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Papa John’s. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. On top of that, the order itself was wrong. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to resolve the issue, but there was no accountability or urgency to fix the mistake. If you’re going to mark orders as delivered, make sure they actually reach the customer. This feels careless and unprofessional. I paid for food I didn’t receive, and what I did get wasn’t even correct. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless serious improvements are made.

Ordered a GF pizza in our lineup for my wife that has a gluten allergy. 10 inch showed up and at the first bite she realized it wasnt GF. They included a large version of her pizza with a thin crust. After a bite of that she realized that even though the box is marked GF Pizza it wasnt. I called the manager and he said the GF crusts were out of stock then handed me off to a driver that spoke better English. The driver said he called several times to let us know. A complete lie--nothing on my missed calls. Never ordering from this place again, not worth the risk to my family.
