  10/10 on everything! :) Food is delicious and on time! The workers truly are busy especially the weekends, but I admire how kind and helping they are even under pressure. I watched this worker be jam packed making the food yet still delivering an amazing smile. That’s truly service. 100/10🩷 Perfect for family meals!

  Nothing special about this Panera. The music was too loud, the food portions were small and it was not very clean. I’d like to see it doing better.

  We were in the Alexandria area in the fridged February morning, but the hot coffee and pastries did warm us up quite nicely.

  Placed an order for delivery. Was due to arrive between 12:03 PM and 12:13 PM. As of 12:43 PM, the food is still sitting there in the restaurant and they have no idea why it hasn't been delivered or when it will possibly arrive. What a joke. Don't waste your time or your money for substandard service.

  Food was hot and well made as well as kind customer service. There was a lady who was on top of getting everyone's meals-to-go in order, and she was doing a great job. The ladies in the back was also friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. Would like to come back in the morning sometime to enjoy the view.
