  I waited about 20 minutes for my curbside caramel latte, and no one came out. When I went inside, the staff were rude, dismissive, and never apologized. I was even told not to come back. Terrible service.

  I moved to Arlington, Virginia in 2017 and have been a regular customer at the McDonald’s on King Street in the Bradley Shopping Center since then. I live only about three minutes away, so this location has been very convenient for me and my family. Over the years, I’ve had great experiences here. The staff used to be kind, attentive, and consistent. They would remember details like adding syrup, utensils, or preparing my coffee exactly how I requested it. I like my coffee sweet and usually ask for six or seven sugars with cream, and they always got it right. However, over the past year and a half, I’ve noticed a big change. The staff is not the same, and customer service has declined. There have been many instances where items are missing from my order—especially syrup, utensils, or sugar in my coffee. This happens frequently, not just occasionally. Today, 4/7/2026 at around 6:45 AM, I had another disappointing experience. The cashier who took my order also went to the back to prepare my coffee, and once again, it was made without sugar. I clearly explained how I wanted it, but it was still incorrect. There wasn’t even a label on the cup showing the order details, which made the situation more frustrating. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it becomes a regular issue, it’s very disappointing. I have also noticed that some employees seem more focused on personal matters rather than providing good customer service. I hope management can take a closer look at this and improve consistency and attention to detail. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and would really like to see this location return to the level of service it once had. Thank you.

  Do not go here during the school day, all of the highschoolers are outside and they lock the doors. There’s also cops in the parking lot because high school students stabbed each other a couple years ago. For dinner it’s not too bad but they mess up the meal every time (ask for chicken nuggets and you get a hamburger) and you can never get a hold of anyone inside because everything is automated. Okay in a crunch but not the best.

  I just came to this location, the door was locked so I couldn't enter. I had to walk around to another door. I informed the security guard. He said he locked it due to all of the school kids. I asked him, we'll what about the adults, he said they will need to walk around. I then said what if they are unable to due to disability, he then shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know what to tell you. So I left. Only having one exit, as the entrance available is unsafe, especially with 30+ people in the lobby. I understand the need to want to control the crowd of youngsters, but it shouldn't be at the expense of safety or customer service experience. He was also shouting across the restaurant telling them how to line up, and what to do. Its not a detention center. Please do better.
