Probably the worse customer service I’ve had. Not sure what her name was but she was in the drive-through window and her name started with a G. They forgot my fries as well. Very disappointed.

9:30 am on a Saturday had a spotless bathroom. They have a small night time window that you can walk up to pick up food - I haven't seen that before

this is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. they thought we were saying mcchicken and they kept talking about it even though we said many times no mcchicken. THEN THE ONLY THING I WANTED WAS A SHROCK MCFLURRY AND THEY FORGOT THE SHAMROCK PART OF IT. they also barley filled my brothers fry. we are very upset over here.

A few of us came in for a business meeting on a weekday and while there we decided to grab breakfast as well as coffee. This is one of the newer style of McDonald’s with kiosks only to order from in the dining room, which I can’t stand. But the system worked well and the ordering process was efficient. The dining room was very clean and looked newly renovated. The restroom was really clean as well.
The food and coffees came out pretty quickly, it was fresh, piping hot, and looked great – just like it’s supposed to look. This was easily one of the best McDonald’s meals I’ve had in the US since I used to work there back in the 80’s, back when they were a decent fast food place. The hash brown was tasty and hot too. But I really liked the flavor, assembly, and freshness of the Egg McMuffin!
I came in with very low expectations, as it’s a McDonald’s and left with my expectations totally exceeded! I just hope the management here is able to keep this level of quality and service through all times of the day and do it everyday! Consistency is one of McDonald’s weak points and a reason I haven’t eaten at a McDonald’s in the US in a few years.

The workers there need to be taught how to treat customers, they don't even say you're welcome if you say thank you, they are there with stank faces and will look at you like you're wasting their time. They messed up an order of mines and whoever was at the window acted like she couldn't fix the mistake and sighed when asked for it to be fixed, the manager told her to fix it, thank you to her.
