  I come here every morning to get my bagels and French bread for breakfast ect. at 6am, but now everytime I come nothing is there and its so disappointing to have to walk out because what has been there for years is now not there, so I have to go take my business elsewhere to Safeway. I hope they change!

  See a good price on beef rib roast with digital coupon limit two packages each account. My friend and I decided to buy them this morning. I got two and she had two. Unfortunately, All the packages had no bar codes to scan.Staffs came but could not help.One lady called amiddle east man( I guessed he is a supervisor or assistant manager).He got a solution quickly but when he saw we bought meat with good prices.He became so rude.He told us he just "allowed" one package for each of us.I thought he did not know digital coupon limit two for each.I tried to explain to him but he did not care what I said. He repeated and repeated that we were only allowed to buy one by him. We were so surprised because of his unprofessional service. However, some staffs were very helpful and friendly.They tried their best.One of them is Alicia. Without kindness of these ladies, that man ruined my day.

  Great experience at this food store! The place is always clean, well-stocked, and organized. Mohammed and Osman at the cashier were especially helpful and friendly. They made selfcheckout quick and pleasant with their positive attitude. Definitely coming back!”

  The manager on duty Fatima Wilkerson belittled me and offered the worst customer service I’ve ever had. When I asked for her name, she walked away. I had to follow her halfway across the store while she ignored me, and then when she turned around, tried to hide her name tag like a child. This was over a price discrepancy on flowers that were placed in the wrong section with no price tag, the flowers were already wilting and not looking so hot but was acceptable for my customer. She then chose to rip the bunch in half and give me a few sticks and said here’s six roses ruined the bunch that would’ve been acceptable!(NO THANKS!) I shop here daily for might family as well as shop for senior citizens here through my job. I will not be returning to shop Regularly I will choose every other store over this one due to poor customer service and being mistreated. Worst experience at any Giant I've had!!! Be careful shopping here if you have any respect for yourself.
