- PPparkay909Apr 27, 20261.0AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Dine in. Ordered a cheeseburger with mayo mustard ketchup and mushrooms. They made a cheeseburger soaked in hot sauce instead. I discovered this as I was driving home and took a bite. That small amount was enough to make me vomit all over my shower and have a burning mouth for hours. It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t heard back from corporate. The store finally offered me a refund and said I’d have to drive in. When I got there I guess all the managers were gone. And apparently they can’t or won’t issue a full refund - even though the manager said this to me on the phone. Before I drove all the way over. Avoid this location at all costs!!

I can get equally good burgers at mang restaurants for less money. Perhaps not as customizable but just as delicious and cheaper.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
