The person taking my order had to be corrected multiple times for a simple order: two sandwiches, one large fry. No modifications or added complications. Additionally, they wanted to charge $.50 per sauce if we wanted sauce. Finally, halfway through eating my burger, I realized it they somehow undercooked a single patty burger. Avoid.

I was here a couple of years ago and encountered a very nasty/sassy cashier taking my order. Therefore, I have not been back since. However, I recently decided to drive thru from work. I was hungry, tired, and did not feel like cooking. Thankfully, the cashier was PHENOMENAL. He even helped me with the app at the register. I hope he gets a raise/promotion and becomes manager someday. He deserves recognition for his diligent and dedicated customer service. Keep it up, Wendy’s!
