My recent visit to this Wendy’s raised significant concerns about hygiene practices and customer service. When I received my drink cup, I noticed that the cashier’s fingers were placed directly on the rim. Immediately afterward, he sneezed. Given the circumstances, I felt it was reasonable to politely request a different cup. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the cashier reacted with visible irritation. Later, when I asked for a sauce that typically comes with my order, he declined to provide it. The refusal appeared to be in direct response to my earlier request, which made the situation even more disappointing. This experience left me with serious reservations about the level of training and oversight at this location. Basic hygiene protocols and respectful customer interaction are fundamental expectations in any food-service environment. Unfortunately, during this visit, those expectations were not met

I haven't lived near Van Dorn Street since 2017, I can tell that the customer service has gone down drastically. Had to wait a few minute for someone to take my order to eat it in (they need to have more people trained to work the cash register not just the manager). The cleanliness of the inside was decent.

No chickens on either Cobb salad, tomatoes looked like as if left overs from being peeled. I’ve never written such a negative rvw… they got the 1 thing I asked for correct (1 no bacon).
