Food allergy alert! No tomatoes doesn’t always mean someone doesn’t like tomatoes, some people are allergic. Therefore just taking it off an already made burger for quick service could be deadly to some. There wasn’t one on my burger when I got it but I sure did have a bad reaction that I needed Benadryl and steroids for after eating my burger. Same with my sister, no pickles and no mayo, she has a severe egg allergy. She tasted the pickle juice on her burger, luckily no mayo on it. She would had required an epi pen and hospitalization if she survived it at all. Quick service isn’t as important as someone’s life!

Wendy’s deserves real appreciation for the way they honor veterans on Veterans Day each year. Offering free meals may sound like a simple gesture, but the way they deliver it makes it feel meaningful, respectful, and genuine. When I visited, I didn’t feel like just another person in line; the staff was welcoming, smiling, and incredibly courteous from the moment I walked in. There was no hint of rush, impatience, or “just going through the motions.” Instead, every interaction felt intentional and appreciative. What stood out even more was how organized everything was despite being busy. The team handled the rush professionally, and they never made veterans feel like an inconvenience. They thanked people for their service, served meals with kindness, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. The food was great, but the appreciation behind it meant more. In a world where gestures sometimes feel like marketing, Wendy’s effort comes across as heartfelt support and recognition. They didn’t just give food; they created an environment where veterans felt valued and respected. That kind of generosity and professionalism makes a lasting impression, and it’s something I truly want to acknowledge. Wendy’s really stepped up to show appreciation, and it matters.

My friend and I came here to the drive thru. Hungover and desperately needing a burger that was so good it could cure any disease, restore sight to the blind and feed an army of orphans with just the sight of it alone. We didn’t want to pay for 5 guys so we decided on Wendy’s. Not expecting too much, we got a Dave’s single, Dave’s double, two sweet teas and a cup of chili. We drove home in silence, both waiting… watching… hungering… tummies rumbling… we ran into my apartment and pulled out two burgers. I was surprised at the weight and pure girth of these holy meat sandwiches wrapped in mystery and suspense. Opening the wrappers the cheese was melty, the sauce was so plentiful it fell out of the sandwich, the tomatoes had been sliced not too thick… not too thin… the pickles were here and there, giving you a little pickle surprise with every other bite. The onions were cooked so masterfully that Gordon Ramsay couldn’t do it better himself. Biting into this burger, I felt like that rat in ratatouille when Remy was giving him combinations of snacks to eat. The flavors coming together to create a marriage of flavor so strong that the word marriage itself was redefined. At this point I was beyond excited to get to the chili. It was hearty, it was BEEFY, IT TOOK US TO FLAVORTOWN BABY!!! Cheers to the people working at this Wendy’s. It was truly top tier and our “we-drank-too-much-last-night-itis” was gone. You miracle workers save lives. 3 Michelin stars wouldn’t be enough. Ate it too fast to take pictures 😅 can you blame me?

This is a good addition to the Beacon Hill neighborhood with consistent good food, quick service, and good prices. It's new and clean.
