- NNNOct 3, 20255.0I had a wonderful experience at this Tropical Smoothie in Alexandria thanks to Rahel. I was rushing and accidentally dropped my smoothie right at the counter. I felt mortified, but Rahel immediately put me at ease. Without hesitation, she kindly made me a brand-new smoothie and never once made me feel embarrassed. Her courteous and hospitable attitude completely turned around what could have been a frustrating morning. Rahel’s kindness and genuine care for customers is exactly the kind of service that keeps people coming back. She made my day, and I want to keep my word by leaving this review—thank you, Rahel, for going above and beyond!

I lasted 10 minutes with my wife at the counter waiting for them to attend us or at least greet us and we didn't receive anything, until we decided to go to another restaurant. I would NEVER go to this headquarters again.

I swear the wrap had maybe one squirt of buffalo sauce so luckly I hadn’t left the lot and went back in got more sauce which they were super nice about. But then I come out to start drinking my smoothie to find out it wasn’t right and the lady just put whatever smoothie she heard me say instead of verifying the “x named smoothie she thought I got” and I would have corrected her. Would have helped if there was a place to review the order.
