- JSJ SmithFeb 23, 20261.0I just ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with no lettuce because I am pregnant i cannot eat lettuce due to possible unwashed dirty lettuce risk for e. Coli and listeria and such. The dude at counter repeated back to me “no lettuce”. I got my wrap and brought my food home to eat. Upon eating wrap, I tasted all lettuce. I opened the wrap and they put extra lettuce on there, I didn’t even see any buffalo chicken on the wrap. I had to toss the whole wrap out. Also no luck in contacting support team for refund.

Her courteous and hospitable attitude completely turned around what could have been a frustrating morning. Rahel’s kindness and genuine care for customers is exactly the kind of service that keeps people coming back. She made my day, and I want to keep my word by leaving this review—thank you, Rahel, for going above and beyond!
