The last time I went they didn't have the new cheese curds I wanted to try. Today they did, so I placed my small order. The person working drive thru couldn't repeat back my order correctly. I got home and found two orders of cheese curds (I had ordered only 1 but apparently charged for two), and they were dumped upside down in the bag, along with some chips. It wasn't a busy time, no long line, no reason to rush. I can't understand just throwing food in the bag and hoping for the best.

What made it even worse was them complaining about having to replace it — like they were the ones paying for it out of their own pocket. The attitude, portion size, and overall lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. For what KFC charges, this location is not worth it. Won’t be coming back. Visited 3 Feb around 3pm

Because she was rushing through it. We had to get out of line and wait in front of the small parking lot for missing food. It's reflects very poor customer service.
