  We ordered via their website at about 4:30pm. We got a text at 4:42pm saying the order was ready. Upon entering Smashburger it became clear that our order was not ready. The gave us one item around 5pm. Then another item around 5:15pm. Then the last item around 5:30. Totally ruined our meal. How can an order be prepared this way? The drink was not made correctly and we got an extra fry. Seriously? It's really a shame because we like the flavor of the food at Smashburger (when it's freshly delivered and warm).

  Jasmin was extremely helpful with my order and took the time to explain all the different milkshake options, which I really appreciated. She was friendly and patient, and her great service made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the chili hot dog. Great service.

  Food is good, place is clean. I come for the same order and frequently enjoy seeing the staff prepare the food in the open kitchen style atmosphere. I'd heard Smash Burger is one of the few that still uses tallow and healthy fats rather than rancid seed oils to cook the food, so they have me as a loyal customer. Jasmine is usually my front-of-house manager and does a great job.

  I am a vegetarian. I eat meat once per year for my birthday and chose this place this year out of pure curiosity, but my sister eats it more frequently. The food is decent or so I'm told. But without fail, EVERY single time she and now I have placed an order for pickup, they lie and say it's ready about 20 minutes before it actually is, and then the order is wrong - missing sauce on the burger, wrong fries or tots, etc. I'm assuming this is to keep their average completion time shorter but it is infuriating. If we wanted to stand around and wait for 20 minutes to eat the wrong food, we would order in-person and take a seat. If it was just once, fine, but this is a longstanding pattern (and if you need an extra twenty minutes to prepare two burgers, they ought to have the barbecue sauce on it). Does management encourage this behavior to look better for corporate or are they keeping their franchise so short-staffed to cut costs? Either way, this is on the managers and I don't think either of us will be back.

  I don’t like leaving negative reviews unless they’re well earned. I have always loved smashburger and have been pretty disappointed with this specific location. All of my experiences here have had the same issues - food was wrong, food was warm at best, food was super delayed. It was truly one thing after another from no lids, dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, lack of communication. Overall this place is severely lacking service
