- YVYessika VigilJan 1, 20261.0I have been working more than 10 years as store manager and I never, never but never seen someone as a customer representative giving to a loyal customer the worse experience. I been there just to get something quick for my new year dinner and for some reason when I paid I feel like something was not right so I decided to go to customer service section and Melissa the Front manager was there so I ask her to help me to identify and match the receipt items with what I have so she did a frustrated breath and with rude accent told me " you have in the receipt the stuff you have in the cart without check it out, when I see the missing patient from her so I ask her if there were any possibility to return everything and charge me again. Elevating her voice she told me " that's not a make sense " she turned around and told another person who was arriving named Jose (assistant manager), "You can do this." He started helping and finding that I got charged for stuff that I was not supposedly. I know sometimes we are having a hard situation that no one know what's going on but I think if we are a customer service leaders we have to learn how to left the stress in the door and show why we deserve our position or at least take control of the emotions that would be affecting people that don't need to receive or seen the worse side of you. Thank you Jose for you help and patience.

It's so convenient, but they know they got you, so the prices always seem a little edgy...maybe it's just 2025 and everything is expensive. Selection is pretty good for being a smaller format store, they really jam a lot in there. I will continue to grumble and make regular trips.
