The trash can looks like it took a tumble in a portl potty, there is dirt caked on the sink and in the corners of the floor. It is a bathroom of nightmares. In my 40+ years I have only seen a bathroom worse than this on hoarder shows and in condemned housing. I can't imagine what the back looks like where they have their food stored.
