Today however, I witnessed the nastiest, most unprofessional and inappropriate exchange between the manager Vitis (not sure of the spelling), and a young man working in the front at the customer service desk. The manager spoke to that young man in the most condescending manner. Scolding him even after the young man walked away, it was painful to watch. He was on a complete power trip.
