- LMLina MosqueraSep 9, 20251.0I usually do not have issues at this location but today i went in to grab some throat lozenges, i couldn’t locate them so i asked the pharmacist on duty as they are in pharmacy and he just pointed down and didn’t say anything else, he went about his business although he saw me looking and not locating whatever it is that he pointed at. After about two minutes i went and asked another associate that said they were in stock, i asked if there was anyone who could help me locate them as the pharmacist had basically dismissed me to which the associate told me to go ask the pharmacist again which i declined as he had just been rude. The associate told me to go talk to who I’m assuming is the front end lead and i explained to her that i needed help finding the throat lozenges and she said they’re in pharmacy to which i explained i couldn’t locate them and she also stated that if they’re not there then they don’t have them although her associate had just checked the stock in his handheld. Overall the experience was annoying and it took probably 10 additional minutes of me looking to find them when someone could’ve just assisted me instead i was dismissed. i asked if a manager was present as i didn’t want to give the feedback via a review but they were also seemingly avoiding giving me any information of how to provide feedback about my experience.

What are they doing with your data that makes it so valuable? Anyway, it’s a classic case of you’re not saving any real money, they just make it feel like savings by jacking the non-member prices way up so you feel like you’ve saved something. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It’s reasonably clean and well organized; but stuff like produce is fairly limited in variety.
