Also, I ordered a regular hand tossed crust, but the bottom of the pizza was like paper thin as if it wasn’t cooked properly.

Poor manager on duty had no idea what was going on, and it was clear the management gave her no guidance. She called the manager, but instead of telling her how to make it right with us (another gentlemen also walked away empty handed) she told her to tell us to contact the app. Very disappointed in how they train their employees and how they treat their customers. Edit- 2G2G let me cancel the order so I was not actually charged the $5. Still it was pretty disappointing.
