This Panera has something others don't. The young person there when I ordered was genuinely interested in providing great service, kind, and actually wanted to be good to everyone that came in. They even seemed to recognize regulars. Even if it was fake, it was appreciated. Only negative was that there wasn't any place to plug in my laptop, but I get it. Still a nice surprise compared to the one near me.
