  We were in the Alexandria area in the fridged February morning, but the hot coffee and pastries did warm us up quite nicely.

  Placed an order for delivery. Was due to arrive between 12:03 PM and 12:13 PM. As of 12:43 PM, the food is still sitting there in the restaurant and they have no idea why it hasn't been delivered or when it will possibly arrive. What a joke. Don't waste your time or your money for substandard service.

  Food was hot and well made as well as kind customer service. There was a lady who was on top of getting everyone's meals-to-go in order, and she was doing a great job. The ladies in the back was also friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. Would like to come back in the morning sometime to enjoy the view.

  cozy place with a huge variety of hot drinks n smoothies. their fresh sandwiches are also great!

  I hav been to this place over the years and this last trip Dec 2025 was the worst. My best friend and I loved coming to this location for the fireplace on a cold day. It used to have a nice sitting area around the fireplace - that is gone and I am pretty sure the fireplace is broken. The floors are disgustingly dirty with trash but what is worse, the walls are caked with mess! It is as if no one has cleaned this location for months. The final straw was when I self ordered hot chocolates. Went to the window and they were frozen drinks. We attempted to correct thinking there may have been a mix up but the woman behind the counter said, “oh, the machine is broken…” a bit confused at what she meant as it is steamed milk and chocolate syrup we asked again for hot chocolate to which she responded with the same “machine is broken”. Realizing I was going to get no where with this I walked away loosing 12$ for 2 drinks. Next time I will just go to Starbucks.
