- LHLynn HDec 12, 20251.0I hav been to this place over the years and this last trip Dec 2025 was the worst. My best friend and I loved coming to this location for the fireplace on a cold day. It used to have a nice sitting area around the fireplace - that is gone and I am pretty sure the fireplace is broken. The floors are disgustingly dirty with trash but what is worse, the walls are caked with mess! It is as if no one has cleaned this location for months. The final straw was when I self ordered hot chocolates. Went to the window and they were frozen drinks. We attempted to correct thinking there may have been a mix up but the woman behind the counter said, “oh, the machine is broken…” a bit confused at what she meant as it is steamed milk and chocolate syrup we asked again for hot chocolate to which she responded with the same “machine is broken”. Realizing I was going to get no where with this I walked away loosing 12$ for 2 drinks. Next time I will just go to Starbucks.

I'm sad to see employees CANNOT READ or follow directions. I am 100% sure this lady couldnt read and comprehend my order. After all the drama created by one employee, my order was still wrong.
