Instead of simply clarifying or assisting me, a male employee immediately confronted me in a condescending and aggressive manner, repeatedly questioning me about the tray. What should have been a quick, harmless interaction was unnecessarily escalated due to his hostile attitude. Rather than helping, he chose to lecture and make comments, creating a negative atmosphere. Lunch ruined! Not coming back

You're waiting in the restaurant for the order and your employees ignore the person standing at the counter. Ignore the fact that they're waiting while they're cleaning up and then they turn around at 10:00 p.m. 7 minutes later when the order should have be ready by now just to say they're close and they can't do anything. I have the receipt. I have the charge on my card and I have the app stating that this took place way before closing time. The employee and manager on duty. This McDonald's already has very little supplies. When it comes to their special promotions, their registers are broken. Their kiosks are broken. Only one of the kiosk works and it can't scan your credit card so the employees can't even help you at the counter. They got plenty of time to do what they need to do and yet the food was never made or handed over but it was paid for.
