I ordered a McDouble Meal the burger and fries were cold. The nuggets were slightly warm. I’m very disappointed as my entire meal was not fresh.

It’s pretty unbelievable how often you guys are understaffed and you force Uber drivers to wait 20 to 30 minutes when they should be waiting 5 to 7 minutes max like every other store staff your store it’s pathetic

Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The staff showed zero respect and acted very unprofessionally. The girl at the counter was rude, had an attitude, and was very hard to understand. Instead of solving the issue, she made everything worse. I have never felt so disrespected at a restaurant before. Management seriously needs to train their employees better. 1 star.

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated at this location. The staff were disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service should be based on respect, and sadly, that was completely missing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their behavior.
