It also took forever just for our order to be taken, and the staff didn’t seem organized at all. We also paid for food that was supposed to come with Monopoly game pieces, but we didn’t get any. When we asked about it, no one had an answer or seemed to care, which was really frustrating. Another issue is that there were a lot of homeless people just hanging around or staying inside for long periods. I understand everyone needs somewhere to go, but it made the place feel unsafe and uncomfortable for families trying to eat. Overall, the visit was slow, messy, and poorly managed. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from McDonald’s.
