  I was not asked if I wanted kichep. I was told ask for salt. No one seem to speak English. The French fries where horrible.

  Had a mobile walk-in order at this location. Beggars outside followed us into the McDonald’s and followed us to our parked car after we received our order. Beggar continued to follow our driving car and even tried to block our exit from the parking lot. Overall, I felt very unsafe here and will never come to this location again, even in a group. I do not recommend ever walking into this location alone.

  Went at 9pm on a Monday and was harassed by beggars in the parking lot. Haven’t felt that unsafe in quite some time. Was followed to and from my car and inside the restaurant as well. Avoid this location.

  Not the most ideal McDonald’s location due to the amount of people lingering around the outside, so I usually stick to mobile orders since it’s quicker and easier to get in and out. One night I forgot to place my drink order, so when I pulled up to the first window I tried to order it with the cashier. She waved me forward and asked what I wanted, but after I told her I wanted to order drinks, she told me I had to do it at the next window. The way she kept signaling me to just go rather than opening the window and asking what I needed for me to move felt dismissive, like she just didn’t want to help. Overall, convenient for mobile orders, but customer service at the window could definitely be improved.

  Estuve parado esperando que me atendiera solo me veían y yo enfrente de la caja registradora para hacer mi orden y no me atendieron pésimo atención al cliente y la manager ni se diga personal que no está capacitado por eso tiene malos comentarios este lugar
