Avoid this location. I don’t they have EVER gotten an order right. This morning they forgot an entire big breakfast from the bag. Other times they’ve forgotten hash browns. Horrible location.

Every other fast food place just requires you tell them your name and the order of cars lets them know which car gets the correct order. McD’s has this tedious process of having to give them a code that the person at the drive thru demands in order to get your food. “Somebody might be stealing your food” they say! Well the problem is that none of them seem to be able to use the comm device which leads to having to repeat this illustrious code 3,4, or 5 times because the code is two letters and two numbers. Which almost always cause a problem being comprehended which makes it appear the staff is too incompetent to use their headsets correctly. I’m done going to any store that causes this issue because they are so legalistic about this stupid code. On top of that this breeds an attitude of poor service among staff where they become rude, childish and belligerent.

Stopped by after my daughter’s piano lesson, boy was it a big mistake. Drive through line was long so we decided to come in and order on a kiosk. Big breakfast with extra hash brown took 25 min to come out. Think they completely forgot about my order as I had to ask three times. This is forgivable as it was the 10:30-11am rush. It was busy inside and out. However, when the food came out, hash browns were fried too long and my daughter was complaining. Look at these terrible quality hash browns you don’t come to expect at McDonald’s. Also, I ordered the steak version but they gave my sausage.
First time visiting this location, and will definitely be my last.

This is a very comfortable place to chill out. The music is a little loud, but the staff were friendly when I asked if they could turn it down.
