- TDtsegab dawitDec 14, 20251.0This morning, I visited this McDonald’s with three friends, and our experience was very disappointing and concerning. One of my friends ordered an Egg, Sausage, and Cheese McMuffin and found a bone inside the sandwich. It almost broke his teeth, and the bone got stuck between them, causing real discomfort. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sandwich. Unfortunately, when the replacement sandwich arrived, it had another bone in it again. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. On top of that, the hash browns we ordered were extremely oily and poorly prepared. When we brought these issues to the management’s attention, they did not take the situation seriously or show proper concern. Food safety should be a top priority. Finding bones in food twice in one visit is dangerous and unacceptable. Because of this experience and the lack of proper response from management, I would not recommend eating at this location.
