  I ordered on the app at 10:22 rushing to get there before breakfast. It confirmed it on the app. I got there and then look at the app and it said it was unavailable and I never got that notification at all and the ladies inside said that it was because I ordered it too late even though I ordered it almost 10 minutes before 10:30 so I just drove all the way up here for nothing

  The service is slow and the food is whatever it is for the fact that it's McDonald's. I had a terrible experience tonight. If I tell the cashier (the mgr) my order and she gets it incorrect and then after waiting over 17 minutes for my food and by then very ready to go, why am I met with an attitude as if I'm trying to get over for what ended up being the equivalency of a small fry. Yes, my kids and I left the receipt at the table bc we were in a rush to get bag time but unfortunately when they opened the food in the car I had to go back to rectify the situation. Synopsis: Rude and slow for absolutely no reason. There was 1 other person waiting for their food before me and 1 person after me. They weren't busy with customers but took almost 20 minutes to get me a Grinch meal with chicken nuggets and a hamburger happy meal. What in the world! Crappy service is all they served me today!

  Desde las que andan de camisa roja y todos solo chequeando las redes sociales pasan por eso no dan una buena atención al cliente aparte solo platicando pasan que se les olvida lo que están haciendo llegue enseñando mi numero de orden esta orden y habían tres y se quedaron como idas que sabían que hacer por estar platicando se les olvido que estaban atendiendo al cliente les dije bengo a llebar mi orden esa es y estaban bien distraídas pues wn ese momento llego una de ellas y se sus fue la la mente a otra parte están en la caja y checando el fb.

  Bad service, an angry manager. They are supposed to sell, not to put up obstacles when it comes to buying. They should have friendly staff, not ones that scare people. They should be more friendly if that's what she's paid for. 10/14/2025 7:15 am
