Sometimes I forget to check and this time it was the cheeseburge missing (small stuff), it was for my small kid, she cried at home . They are ignorant! when I called them. They hang up the phone on me multiple times. They were laughing behind. I can hear them. I am quite sure they are doing it on purpose and on too many customers, it’s probably fun for them. Disgusting people! Very bad management!

The guy who took my order spoke clearly and was well mannered. When I got to the first window, he collected my card with a smile and repeated my order to make sure that he had it right, which it was. At the second window, the girl had my meal ready and waiting, which was incredible, because the line just seemed to be moving too quickly. All of this took place in such a short period of time. I couldn't get a receipt from the first window and I asked her if it was possible for her to print and she did so with a smile. Something is happening at this mcdonald's, and it's a good thing. And young people should know when they're doing a good job, and they should know they can win when they're winning. Unfortunately, I'm not from this area or I would make this my go to mcdonald's.
