The workers there need to be taught how to treat customers, they don't even say you're welcome if you say thank you, they are there with stank faces and will look at you like you're wasting their time. They messed up an order of mines and whoever was at the window acted like she couldn't fix the mistake and sighed when asked for it to be fixed, the manager told her to fix it, thank you to her.

they prioritize the people in the drive through more then the people on the phone needing help, i called them because the strawberry banana smoothie was not on the app so i wasn’t able to order it and it took almost 2 minutes for them to even pick up the phone and once they all i heard was a “hello” and then she started talking someone’s order and hung up on me. im irritated and decided to buy from a different location, definitely don’t recommend going to this one for anything.

Terrible service. Especially from the old balding Indian guy with glasses. He was so rude and disrespectful and kept ignoring us. We had to ask at least 5 times about our order. We waited over 20 minutes for an online order. The drive thru worker was so kind and completed our order instead. We didn’t receive the sauces we asked for. There was no service. No one was at the counter. We did not have a complicated order. It shouldn’t have taken more than 2 minutes to complete. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Would never come back here.
