I was directed to use the app in the drive through today and after driving back to work find that my Big Mac box has a Fish sandwich in it. Of all the things, this is the absolute worst swap you could have made.. Literally the one thing I cannot eat. Of course the app directs me to call the store for a refund and your number will not even ring. My mobile order number was OX05 if you guys could please facilitate that refund.

Please make sure to cook your chicken fully. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken tastes mushy and looks a little transluscent. It's undercooked.

Drive thru is wholly incapable of giving you your order at the window. 4 of out 5 times we get told to park in the drive thru slots out front.
I'm posting as I wait in Slot 1 for orange juice. It's been 10 minutes, and it's juice.
