Ordered pizza online at 9:50 and they closed at 10. The online system accepted our order and said estimated time for the pizza to be ready at 10:04pm. Once we put in the directions we realized they closed at 10pm. We tried to call but the answering machine said we were calling outside of business hours. Could not in touch with anyone. We called another Ledo’s that was open later, and they told us they could make the pizza but we would have to contact this location to get refunded. Called today and they said they made the pizza but we could not get in touch with them to know this. They would not refund the money, but I am more upset by the incredibly rude customer service. Do better.
