The employees are generally friendly; however, I was disappointed by how the cashier spoke to a DoorDash driver. When he was looking for his order on the table, she raised her voice and said, “Sir, don’t touch—someone will come to give you the order.” Respect is very important for everyone. Just as customers deserve respect when they come to buy, delivery drivers also deserve to be treated kindly and professionally. They are working hard to earn a living and support their families. We are all on the same level—customers, employees, and drivers alike. The situation could have been handled more politely, for example by saying, “One moment, sir, I’ll help you,” using a calm and respectful tone.
