Recently, I had an issue, and I would like to thank the two managers who assisted us. They were professional, helpful, and resolved the problem efficiently (Ayesha and Brandon ) For their service, I would gladly give 4 stars. However, I was disappointed with another staff member whose name sounded like Murita or Marita. She was working at the customer service desk, and I believe she was a manager. She was rude, impatient, and did not treat her colleagues respectfully. Her customer service was poor and made the experience uncomfortable. Other than the support from the two helpful managers, I would give this experience 1 stars due to her unprofessional behavior. I hope HR can address his matter and provide proper guidance. Please let me know if you need any further details. Thank you.

Mike is not only skilled at what he does, but he's also very attentive and listens carefully to what you want. He truly puts in the effort to make each cake special, and the results speak for themselves. The cakes are always beautifully decorated and delicious, and they’re also affordable! If you're looking for a cake for any occasion, I highly recommend reaching out to Mike. He’s amazing at what he does, and he truly deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication.
