I asked for a chai latte with one pump of caramel syrup. The lady got out two cups and I told her I only ordered one. She then mumbled something about the chai so I re-explained my order to her. She told me she understood but when she handed me my drink, it was just milk. No chai, no caramel. I don’t think it’s that hard to make a chai latte.
