I got to the front to only be told they were out of both drinks. Not the first, second, or third time this has happened. Absolutely ridiculous for a store near a metro stop.

On top of that, the phone number listed doesn’t even work, which is beyond frustrating. This experience was unacceptable—if I could leave zero stars, I would. I will be returning with my receipt to get a refund.

I’ve only had like 2 times where my sandwich was burnt and hash browns still served like that where I complained. There are some mornings that my hashbrowns are missing or an order of munchkins. I have to always check the bag and taste my drink before I walk away. I have noticed some mornings specifically where my drink is slightly off depending who the staff is.

I didn’t realize until my child told me not to eat the donuts claiming they saw flies and when I walked past the donut shelves I saw many flies over the glazed donuts and they looked really dry. Worst Dunkin’ Donut place I’ve been to. I’ve seen so much better than this.
