I’ve only had like 2 times where my sandwich was burnt and hash browns still served like that where I complained. There are some mornings that my hashbrowns are missing or an order of munchkins. I have to always check the bag and taste my drink before I walk away. I have noticed some mornings specifically where my drink is slightly off depending who the staff is.

I saw the employee pour coffee that wasn’t from the decaf pot. I asked “if this decaf” and he said “yes.” Half an hour later I had only drank have the cup and was shaking from the caffeine. I went back to ask and the employee couldn’t confirm if he had served me decaf and the supervisor tried to provide vague assurances. I was a regular customer, but will never return to this location.
