  if i could give this place 0 stars i would it’s a TERRIBLE environment with awful management the store is disgusting and the manager treats her staff like minions and it’s disgusting i will never return to this store

  Ordered multiple items for a meeting and they did a great job. The order was ready on time and they provided everything.

  I visit this franchise location apporximately 3-4 times a week, all year long. Last week Dunkin' premiered protein milk, and I was excited to try it. When I looked at my app for the price, a XL cup of coffee cost $0.75 more than my regular order. I contacted Dunkin corporate to inquire about the nutrition values and the cost hike, they said that although they provide guidance for pricing that different franchisees can set their own prices. This makes sense, because I visited a different location last week and they said they would not charge me anything. So then I went to see how much difference in unit price the two options were at a grocery store - at our local safeway, half and half was $0.11 a fluid ounce, and Lactaid protein milk was also $0.11 a fluid ounce. Therefore, the price hike at this Dunkin franchise location is completely contrived. I hope that the owner of this franchise realizes this! We really shouldn't be charged anything different than what a normal coffee with cream costs.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would! I came in to Dunkin to purchase 2 dunk lattes the front cashier was a skinny Hispanic young lady who was extremely rude and made my order completely wrong in the system. The barista if that’s what you want to call her was an older Hispanic lady who did not understand English. I am a Hispanic woman myself and I say this as a customer, I find it incredibly unhelpful having someone who does not speak English in service industry. I politely asked for refund as my drinks were made incorrectly and sloppy as hell, the managers refused to refund me. I will be contacting my bank and the police on this matter
