- SBStevie BrambleFeb 13, 20261.0Worst Dunkin experience I’ve had. I ordered a $16 Valentine’s Day Munchkin tin online and was told when I arrived they were out of what I already paid for. The employee spoke no English, which made it nearly impossible to communicate or understand what was happening. She didn’t understand what I was saying. I was given a substitute that didn’t even match the value of what I paid, and I had to go back after walking back to my apartment to fix the price difference myself. The whole situation was disorganized and poorly handled. If someone is working in customer service, they need to be able to communicate clearly with customers.

I asked her to remake my drink since it’s tasted odd and the whole time she was remaking it she was throwing things around and just threw the drink on the counter. I tried the drink again and it tasted rancid. I asked her if I can just order another drink since I thought they didn’t know how to make the iced shaken espresso. She was arguing back and forth and didn’t even want to remake my drink. Worse location ever. I’m literally walking distance from this location and I refuse to go back there.
