But my review is based primarily on the service. I ordered a pizza online and asked my husband to pick it up as he was going to be in the area. I made the mistake of not providing my order # to my husband, but you would think that the store would be able to find out the order details based on the name. I mean help the customer out for crying out loud!! Apparently, this store does not believe in customer service. The guy named Farhad asked my husband for the name or order #. Since my husband didnt have the order #, he provided my first name and his own first name coz he wasnt sure what name I ordered it under. And the guy did not bother to look in the system, but instead pointed at the digital display for updates.. which did not have my name on it. So after a few minutes, my husband ended up leaving. Mind you, we live 30 mins away and were def not going to drive all the way back to ‘attempt’ to pick up the damn pizza again. And when I called the store, the guy named Farhad did not take any responsibility and insisted that it is not his responsibility to look up the orders in the system. I will definitely not be going to this store again and likely never be going to order from Dominoes ever again.

I always pick up in store and the staff is so friendly and fast. Once, they ran out of a dessert we ordered and they substituted it and gave us a credit for our next order, without us asking for anything. Absolutely love this dominos location!

- SSSalvatore' SJun 8, 20251.0This dominos location is the worst. After they hand you your pizza, they stare at you uncomfortably if you don't give the driver the tip he thinks he deserves. The main thing is the pizza from this establishment isn't the Domino's experience you get from other Dominos. I'm going to reach out to their superiors and inform them of the reputation that this particular Domino's is giving the whole establishment. I wish I could post a picture of the pizza they deliver but this platform doesn't give me the option. They deliver old pizza that someone didn't pick up and the pizza is very poorly made, all bread, very little toppings and it's not always fresh. I have ordered multiple times to see if it was an isolated incident but every time it's the same or worse.
